We work closely with each customer to tailor a plan and budget that ensures satisfaction and proceed upon approval. Upon acceptance of an estimate, we do require a signed contract to complete any work on your property.

Our design, installation, and some planting services do require a deposit prior to beginning the work. Larger projects will require a smaller holding deposit prior to scheduling. Amounts vary on a case-by-case basis.

We require a credit card on file for any maintenance agreement, which is charged on the 1^st of the month. Individual project payments are accepted by check, cash, or credit card.

While it is not always required, the benefit of working with a landscape designer is that the full scope of a project can be better understood by both the client and the contractor. This usually leads to a project that goes off more smoothly, and carefully stays within budget. In some rare cases, it can be required to move forward, for this very reason, and precise measurements.

In most cases, yes. Sometimes the budget will not allow for implementation of the whole project at once. It is important to have a plan or design for the entire project before breaking it up into phases, as well as, getting an estimate for the entire project before starting – you will need to know what your total investment will be. Phase 1 should be determined by priorities but should also not be disturbed by Phase 2.

Our standard pricing is based off Cambridge pavers, stones, and block. We have been working with this supplier for years and have never had an issue. It is quality material that we trust, at a great price!
