We work closely with each customer to tailor a plan and budget that ensures satisfaction and proceed upon approval. Upon acceptance of an estimate, we do require a signed contract to complete any work on your property.

Our design, installation, and some planting services do require a deposit prior to beginning the work. Larger projects will require a smaller holding deposit prior to scheduling. Amounts vary on a case-by-case basis.

We require a credit card on file for any maintenance agreement, which is charged on the 1^st of the month. Individual project payments are accepted by check, cash, or credit card.

While we do our best to accommodate requests, maintenance routes are designed to allow the crew to spend the most time at each house and minimizing travel time. Individual hardscape or planting projects have a different scheduling system, and this is on a first come, first serve basis. We do keep a waiting list for any possible cancellations or pushbacks due to any unforeseen hold ups, etc.
